DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:CAZBA will host a trip to the Bo=
yce Thompson Arboretum on Saturday, June 21, to see what is flying abo=
ut. On other June trips, we found many queens and swallowtails around=
the blooming tenaza trees. Some skippers, sulphurs, blues, and other =
species were found, as well as some nice dragonflies at the lake. We w=
ill begin our walk at 7:30 AM at the visitor center. It will be gettin=
g warm quickly, so we want to head out early and promptly. Knowing our=
group, we'll probably stop for anything that flies, crawls, slithers,=
hops, or runs across our path. BTA is always a great place to see bir=
ds, insects, amphibians, and reptiles. We invite anyone who visits BTA=
that morning to join us -- so we may have some newbies with questions=
. That's the way most of us began! Please advised that admission to B=
TA is $24.95 for non-members. We will not ask for a donation to CAZBA =
this time.=0D=0A=0D=0AEvent URL: http://www.cazba.org/Events_view.aspx=

0ALocation description:=0D=0ABoyce Thompson Arboretum is an easy to re=
ach place where an abundance of plants, butterflies and birds can be f=
ound literally right next to the trail. It’s Arizona's oldest and larg=
est botanical garden. September probably is the top month for butterfl=
ies, with 35 species easily found within a few hours. On 11 September =
2010, during the CAzBA Butterfly Count, Marceline VandeWater found 44 =
species of butterflies in one day! This was a new record! What made th=
e day even more exciting is that amongst them were 2 Hammock Skippers =
and 2 Boisduval’s Yellows. Regular daily admission of $24.95 for adult=
s or $10 for ages 5-12 includes weekend events such as guided Butterfl=
